OOTD: Business Casual & Colorful

I still haven't been feeling 100% and after a hard workout yesterday (I'm now training in MMA) I was sore and worn out, so I wanted to be work appropriate, but comfy.  For me that means skinnies, a flowy top and a bright cardi. What does comfy casual mean for you?
