I went to Dollar Tree and picked up a few plain tees for $1 each and I decided to make an exposed zipper tee. I forgot to pickup a zipper, but luckily my mom had one she let me have, so I put it to use. For some extra dazzle I cut off the embroidery on a vintage shirt I got at a garage sale for 10cents. So this whole shirt costs less than $2.
.
Supplies:
Tshirt, marker, hot glue, glue gun, scissors, zipper and embroidery or patch to add design
.
How To:
Firts lay the zipper on top on the tee and draw a little mark where the end of the zipper goes.
Next cut a stright ling down the front of the tee to the end of the zipper.
Then hot glue the zipper onto the tee.
Next glue on embelishments how ever you'd like.
Thats it...now u have a cute exposed zipper tee :)

Another DIY project I recently did was taking a plain tote from drab to fab. All you need is a plain tote and some bedazzle jewels or stud, which u can get in a package at walmart. You dont have to buy the Bedazzler machine...u dont really need it.
.
Supplies:
tote bag, studs or gems and something to bend the brads down (I used old scissors)
.
How to:
Its' really easy. Just place the studs in any design you want and fold down the brads on the back and you have a stylish new tote :) Just look at the before and after pics
