I really like adding colors and patterns into my work wardrobe. Im not one for stuffy suits and plain combos. I can't help but add some flair. :-) Here's how I jazzed up a pencial skirt and top by adding some spalshes of color and ful pattern.

Belt- Free w/dress at Charolette Rousse
Heels- $19 at random mall store
Earrings and bracelet- 6 for $5 at MIZ Accessories
Necklace- $2.99 at Cato
Outfit Total- About $33
